DB Insurance Collaborates with Startups to Drive Innovation in Insurance
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] DB Insurance announced on the 29th that it will hold the 'Pre-Startup Open Stage' event to build a cooperative network between large corporations and startups through open innovation in collaboration with the Seoul Creative Economy Innovation Center.
DB Insurance plans to recruit innovative startups across fields such as image recognition, digital healthcare, machine learning·deep learning, marketing·work efficiency, and new businesses to solve difficulties arising in work through collaboration with startups.
After document submission by April 19, one-on-one interviews will be conducted for one month starting May 4, and the selected final companies will be given opportunities such as business cooperation review with DB Insurance and additional points when applying for the 3rd Insurtech Startup Incubation Program.
Additionally, both parties will provide various follow-up supports such as linking with investment institutions, preferential support for moving into S Village, and reviewing credit guarantee fund support.
