View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyewon] Incheon International Airport Corporation announced on the 26th that it signed a 'Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the Management of National Important Facilities' with the Government Complex Management Headquarters at the Incheon International Airport Corporation's main conference room.
Both organizations play roles in operating and managing national important facilities. In particular, the Government Complex Management Headquarters, under the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, is responsible for protection, security, and facility management of a total of 13 national administrative complexes, including the Sejong Government Complex and Gwacheon Government Complex.
Through this MOU, the two organizations plan to exchange technology and information and mutually cooperate in the fields of protection, security, facility management, and personnel operation.
The main areas of cooperation include ▲establishing an operational system for protection and security △technical support for various equipment and facilities △on-site experience for protection and security personnel △cross-utilization of professional personnel through mutual training programs △sharing issues related to protection and security and security trends.
Kim Kyung-wook, President of Incheon International Airport Corporation, said, "This agreement provides an opportunity to raise the quality of protection and security for national important facilities to meet the increased public demand for safety and security," and added, "We hope the cooperative relationship between the two organizations will continue to expand and develop."
