Jinju City, Investment Environment 'Service' for Corporate Attraction... "Establishing Customized Corporate Attraction Strategies"
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Jinju City, Gyeongnam Province announced that starting from the 26th, it will commission a specialized firm to conduct a "Corporate Attraction and Industrial Revitalization Plan Service" aimed at analyzing the industrial environment and establishing corporate attraction strategies.
Until now, the city established a corporate attraction team in 2019 and recruited external experts to carry out corporate attraction activities. However, it has been criticized for the ineffectiveness of these efforts due to the lack of professional analysis of the local investment environment and external factors.
The service tasks include ▲analysis of industrial trends and regional characteristics ▲investigation and analysis of industrial trends ▲research on investment attraction cases and preparation of promotional plans ▲derivation of future growth engine industry groups suitable for Jinju City ▲selection of target companies for investment attraction ▲establishment of an improved corporate attraction execution system.
Through this service, the city plans to analyze the industrial structure, corporate status, and key infrastructure related to major industries, analyze investment trends of promising domestic companies and industries, select target companies, and establish a corporate attraction vision that can lead future growth engine industries.
Based on the proposed customized corporate attraction strategies, the city plans not only to focus on attracting companies but also to secure Jinju City's future growth engines by conducting multifaceted and proactive attraction activities such as non-face-to-face promotions due to COVID-19 and participation in domestic and international exhibitions and fairs.
