At the shareholders' meeting held on the same day, HDC Hyundai Development Company approved all four agenda items as originally proposed: △approval of financial statements and consolidated financial statements △appointment of directors and audit committee members △appointment of outside directors as audit committee members △approval of the director remuneration limit.
