Choi Tae-won, Chairman of SK Group, was appointed as the Chairman of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) on the 24th. Since the establishment of KCCI in 1884, this is the first time that the head of one of the country's top four conglomerates has taken the position of chairman, raising expectations in the business community higher than ever.
