Seoul Public Institution Employee Holds Family Gathering of 10 in Office

According to the Seoul Design Foundation on the 23rd, Mr. A, an employee of the foundation and a manager of a public facility operated by the foundation, held a gathering with 10 family members inside the building where he works last Saturday, the 20th.
Those who were inside the building at the time and witnessed the gathering reported that Mr. A and his group, including elementary school students, did not follow quarantine guidelines. They were walking around the facility without wearing masks, eating together, talking, and continuously causing noise. Although facility users protested, witnesses said Mr. A continued the gathering.
