DGB Daegu Bank Announces Open Recruitment for Metropolitan Area Corporate Sales Specialists
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] DGB Daegu Bank announced on the 23rd that it will publicly recruit corporate sales promotion specialists to create jobs through the hiring of retired employees and to expand its business territory.
They are recruiting sales personnel who visit small and medium-sized enterprises in need of financial consulting in the form of a "mobile branch on the move." The purpose is to provide reemployment opportunities for retirees in their 50s and 60s who have retired from financial institutions, thereby contributing to job creation for the silver generation and actively utilizing the diverse experience and know-how of retired financial institution employees.
They are recruiting specialists to promote corporate sales in the metropolitan area and Gyeonggi-do region. Eligibility requirements include having at least 2 years of experience as a branch manager at a first-tier financial institution or at least 2 years of experience as a branch manager at the (Technology) Credit Guarantee Fund. Anyone who meets the DGB Daegu Bank talent criteria can apply regardless of academic background, gender, or age.
The role involves visiting individual companies to handle overall corporate outbound sales including loans (including PF), deposits, credit cards, and retirement pensions. The contract period is one year, and in addition to salary, a separate performance contract will be signed to provide performance-based bonuses linked to sales results.
