Yuseungshin, CEO of Helixmith, Resigns as Inside Director
[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] Helixmith CEO Yu Seung-shin is stepping down from his position as CEO and will also resign as an inside director.
Helixmith announced on the 23rd that CEO Yu made this decision to strengthen the company's expertise and independence and to reinforce the professional management system. Going forward, CEO Yu is expected to withdraw from management and focus on clinical and research work as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
CEO Yu Seung-shin holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Seoul National University and was Helixmith's first employee. Since last year, he has served as co-CEO of Helixmith alongside Kim Sun-young.

Helixmith plans to resolve the agenda for CEO Yu Seung-shin's resignation as an inside director, along with approval of financial statements, partial amendments to the articles of incorporation, appointment of inside directors, and approval of director remuneration limits at the 25th regular shareholders' meeting on the 31st.
