Heo In, President of KB Kookmin Bank, Joins Campaign Supporting Essential Workers
"Always by my side, I feel reassured!"
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced that President Heo In participated in the "Thank You, Essential Workers" campaign on the 22nd.
This campaign is a relay campaign to express gratitude and encouragement to essential core service workers in healthcare, caregiving, nursing, logistics, and transportation who risk infection to perform face-to-face duties even during the COVID-19 situation. Participants write messages of appreciation to essential workers on placards and post photos of them on social networking services (SNS).
Along with participating in the campaign, President Heo plans to present vitamins to boost immunity and freesias symbolizing "We support your future" to about 500 security and reception desk staff, cleaners, and daycare teachers working at KB Kookmin Bank’s headquarters and annex.
President Heo joined the campaign after being nominated by Shin Hong-seop, CEO of KB Savings Bank, and nominated Park Hyung-joo, President of Ajou University, as the next participant.
