"Jjapagetti and Yangpa Ring Meet" Nongshim Launches 'Jjaparing'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Nongshim announced on the 22nd that it has launched a new snack product called 'Jjaparing,' which combines the taste of Jjapaghetti with Onion Rings.
Jjaparing was developed based on the fact that onions are a main ingredient in Jjajangmyeon. The harmony of the sweetness of onions and the savory taste of stir-fried black bean sauce creates an impressive 'sweet and salty' flavor.
Nongshim stated, "Following the popularity of collaboration products that combined snacks with ramen, such as Potato Chip Yukgaejang Sabalmyeon flavor (2019) and Potato Chip Kimchi Sabalmyeon flavor (2020), we decided to release Jjaparing," adding, "We expect Jjaparing to attract the curiosity of the 10-20 age group and captivate their taste buds."
