[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Jung Soon-gyun, Mayor of Gangnam District, participated in the 'GoGo Challenge' on the 17th to reduce the use of plastics and disposable products within the local community.
This challenge was organized to address environmental issues by reducing the increasing amount of plastic household waste and to widely promote recycling rules that residents can directly practice in their daily lives.
The district has signed a business agreement with Seoul City and Hyosung TNC for transparent PET bottle recycling and is establishing various environmental policies.
