The Democratic Party floor leader of the Gyeongnam Provincial Council is holding a policy meeting during a visit to Hamyang County.

On the afternoon of the 19th, a policy meeting was held in the small conference room of Hamyang County Office, attended by the Democratic Party floor leader group of the Gyeongnam Provincial Council, where they listened to Hamyang County's current issues and requests.
At the policy meeting, the Democratic Party floor leader group attended, including Bin Ji-tae (Haman), floor leader of the Gyeongnam Provincial Council, as well as Lee Sang-in (Changwon), Sung Yeon-seok (Jinju), Kim Kyung-soo (Gimhae), Sung Dong-eun (Yangsan), Won Seong-il (Changwon), Kim Seong-gap (Geoje), and Kim Kyung-young (Proportional representation) council members.
Deputy County Governor Cha Seok-ho explained the current projects including the 2021 Hamyang Wild Ginseng Anti-Aging Expo, which is about 170 days away from opening, the Hamyang Daebongsan Healing Valley used as the Expo's second venue, the Rural Utopia project serving as a model for saving rural areas facing extinction, and the construction of the Coupang logistics center, requesting support at the provincial council level.

In particular, the county proposed inviting the Democratic Party floor leader group to the opening ceremony of Daebongsan Healing Valley, scheduled for April 8, to celebrate the opening. They also requested attention to various projects for the development of Hamyang County, including the long-standing local project of maintaining the Jirisan Trail, the improvement project of the bottleneck section on National Road 24 between Hamyang and Gyosan, and the construction of the Hamyang Children's Dream Center.
