[Europe Open] Major Markets Fall Early... UK Down 1.1%, Germany Down 0.5%
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] Major European stock markets started the session with a broad decline.
On the 19th (local time), the UK FTSE 100 index was down 78.96 points (1.16%) from the previous trading day, recording 6700.72 in early trading.
France and Germany's stock markets also showed weakness. The French CAC40 index fell 42.29 points (0.70%) to 6020.50 compared to the previous trading day, while the German DAX 30 index dropped 73.36 points (0.50%) to 14,702.16.

Italy's FTSE MIB also declined 210.37 points (0.86%) to 24,150.12 from the previous trading day. Consequently, the Euro Stoxx 50 index fell 21.69 points (0.56%) to 3845.85.
