Hwang Young-geun, CEO of Lotte Hi-Mart, Joins the 'Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge'

Hwang Young-geun, CEO of Lotte Hi-Mart, participated in the "Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge" on the 19th. CEO Hwang shared a photo holding a panel with a children's traffic safety slogan on Lotte Hi-Mart's official SNS.

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Lotte Hi-Mart announced on the 19th that CEO Hwang Young-geun participated in the 'Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge.'

The 'Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge' is a campaign initiated by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety in December last year, conducted in a relay format to spread a culture of practicing traffic safety within children's protection zones. Participants share children's traffic safety slogans on SNS and recommend the next participant.

CEO Hwang joined the challenge after being recommended by Lee Sang-kyu, President of LG Electronics Korea Sales Headquarters. CEO Hwang took a photo holding a panel with the children's traffic safety slogan "Stop at 1! Look both ways at 2! For 3 seconds! Prevent 4 dangers!" and posted it on Lotte Hi-Mart's official SNS.

CEO Hwang said, "I hope this campaign will establish a mature traffic culture that prioritizes children's safety first," and added, "I ask Lotte Hi-Mart employees and customers to actively participate and practice so that children, the leaders who will open the future, can grow up healthy and happy."
