Fire in Yeonhyang-dong, Suncheon City... Three Buildings Completely Burned Down Without Casualties

According to the Suncheon Fire Station on the 18th, the fire that started at a restaurant in Yeonhyang-dong spread to five nearby buildings (three completely burned down, one half-burned, and one partially damaged), causing property damage.
The fire, which broke out around 6:30 PM the previous day, quickly spread as it reached a neighboring paint store.
The fire occurred during rush hour, causing severe traffic congestion. The Suncheon Fire Department arrived at the scene within 7 minutes of the report and made efforts to extinguish the fire initially, but faced difficulties in suppressing the fire at the highly flammable paint store.
The fire authorities deployed 33 firefighting vehicles, including aerial ladder trucks, and 86 personnel, managing to control the initial fire around 8:05 PM and then proceeded to extinguish the remaining flames.
Meanwhile, officers from the Yeonhyang Police Substation of the Suncheon Police Station who responded to the scene rescued four people who were waiting for rescue on the second floor of the paint store.
