Electroland Reports 44% Increase in Massage Chair Sales... Home Fitness Appliances Also Popular

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] E-Land Electronics announced on the 16th that sales of massage chairs and home training appliances have surged over the past year as more customers manage their health at home.
Analyzing appliance sales from March last year to last month, E-Land Electronics found that massage chair sales increased by 44% compared to the same period the previous year, while sales of three types of home training appliances (treadmills, walking pads, and electric bikes) grew by 175%.
Massage chairs are typically a representative product of filial piety appliances with sales peaking during holiday seasons, but last year, sales exceeded those of the previous year every month except during the holiday season. In particular, sales in December last year increased by 227% compared to the previous year, marking the highest sales volume of the year.
