Except for the East Coast of Gangwon, rain will continue until dawn in the central and Jeolla regions, and until morning in the western inland areas of Gyeongsang, the southern coast of Gyeongnam, and Jeju. Expected precipitation amounts from the night of the 15th to the morning of the 16th are 10?40mm for Jeju, 5?10mm for Jeonnam, and around 5mm for central regions, Jeonbuk, western inland Gyeongsang, and the southern coast of Gyeongnam.
Morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -1 and 13 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between 11 and 21 degrees Celsius. Fine dust concentrations are expected to be 'very bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong, Honam, and Jeju, and 'bad' in Gangwon and Yeongnam. In Gangwon and Yeongnam, levels are predicted to temporarily rise to 'very bad' in the morning.
Strong winds will blow from dawn to morning in the northeastern mountainous areas of North Gyeongsang and the East Coast of North Gyeongsang. Strong winds and high waves are expected in the central offshore waters of the West Sea.
