Samsung Electronics Requests Shareholders to Participate in Electronic Voting Ahead of Annual General Meeting on the 17th
You can vote on the agenda until 5 PM on the 16th.
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] Samsung Electronics requested on the 15th that shareholders participate in electronic voting, which allows them to exercise their voting rights online, ahead of the 52nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on the 17th.
Shareholders can exercise their voting rights on each agenda item in advance through electronic voting by 5 p.m. on the 16th without attending the general meeting. They can access the system via PC or mobile, whichever is more convenient, verify their identity as shareholders, and then cast their electronic votes on each agenda item. For shareholder verification certificates, they can use the KOSCOM securities trading certificate or the Financial Settlement Service personal use restricted certificate, among others.
Samsung Electronics introduced the electronic voting system last year. Electronic voting was established to enable shareholders to easily and conveniently exercise their voting rights regardless of time or physical constraints such as the date or location of the general meeting.

Additionally, Samsung Electronics will, for the first time this year, broadcast the general meeting online for shareholders who cannot attend in person. Prior registration is required to watch the online broadcast, and shareholders can apply on the application site by 5 p.m. on the 16th, the same deadline as the electronic voting period.
