HanmiGlobal Wins 16.3 Billion KRW Contract for Seolleung Station Youth Housing Construction Project
[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] HanmiGlobal announced on the 12th that it has secured a contract worth 16,379.4 million KRW for the construction of a new 2030 youth housing complex near Samsung Station, through the Seolleung Station Maestro Station Area Youth Housing Project Finance Investment.
The project involves constructing a transit-oriented youth housing building with approximately 1,578㎡ (land area) located in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (Seolleung Station), consisting of 14 floors above ground and 5 floors underground.
