Ministry of SMEs and Startups and Sojinkong Hold 'We Bring Hope!' Special Lecture for Business Revival
[Asia Economy Reporter Junhyung Lee] The Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 12th that they will hold an online special lecture titled 'We Bring You Hope!' by notable figures on the 22nd of this month.
This special lecture was prepared to support small business owners who have faced difficulties due to COVID-19 and are preparing for business closure, re-startup, or employment. The notable figures will deliver messages of comfort and hope under the theme 'We Bring You Hope!'.
The lecture consists of a total of five sessions. Participants include broadcaster and entrepreneur Hong Seokcheon, communication expert Professor Kim Changok, bestselling author Chae Sajang, broadcaster Seo Kyungseok, and brand consultant CEO Park Yocheol. It is expected to provide great encouragement to small business owners striving for a comeback.
The lectures can be attended for free through pre-registration. Applications can be submitted on the Small Enterprise and Market Service's Hope Return Package website until the 20th. Among the applicants who meet the eligibility criteria, the Small Enterprise and Market Service will provide URLs and access passwords for live participation via the video conferencing app Zoom. Some of the content from this special lecture will be available for viewing on the Small Business Knowledge Learning Center website after the 22nd of this month.
The target audience for the lecture includes small business owners who have closed or plan to close their businesses and intend to seek employment, with a business operation period of at least 60 days. For those who have already closed their businesses, the closure date must be after January 1, 2016.
The Small Enterprise and Market Service plans to produce online educational content to help strengthen the self-reliance and capabilities of small business owners who have already closed or plan to close their businesses. This content will also be shared on the small business online education platform in the future.
