Goheung-gun Dream Start Promotes 'My Happy Cradle' Project
Weekly Home Visits for Cognitive, Language, and Emotional Education for Infants Under 36 Months
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Goheung-gun (Governor Song Gwi-geun) announced on the 11th that it will promote the "Happy My Cradle" project for children under 36 months using Dream Start for eight months starting in March.
This project aims to promote the healthy growth and cognitive development of infants and young children by having a professional teacher visit the home once a week to provide childcare programs tailored to the child's developmental stage. Currently, 10 children have been selected for the project.
The "Happy My Cradle" project is a preventive intervention program for infants and young children to further enhance the effectiveness of the Dream Start project. Through education in cognitive, language, and emotional areas, it aims to promote the holistic development of children and provide caregivers with opportunities to relieve parenting burdens and learn proper parenting methods.

A county official stated, "We will develop various programs tailored to the age and individual circumstances of children in Goheung so that all children can grow into healthy and happy members of society," and announced plans to actively promote the Dream Start project in the future.
