District to Operate 'Gender Sensitivity Self-Diagnosis Learning System' Until April 8... Employees to Self-Learn and Improve Gender Sensitivity Through Self-Diagnosis
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Seon-gap) is operating a ‘Gender Sensitivity Self-Diagnosis Learning System’ for all employees to promote a gender-equal organizational culture.
This gender sensitivity learning system was prepared to enhance employees’ gender sensitivity by participating in learning on their own and to create a respectful organizational atmosphere.
The learning system will run for a total of 15 sessions over one month from March 9 to April 8, and employees will access the system three times a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to conduct self-learning before starting work.
The learning process consists of educational content of about 5 minutes and related questions, and in the last week, employees will have time to understand and reflect on gender equality through a gender sensitivity self-diagnosis.
