NongHyup to Hire Over 1,300 New Employees in the First Half of This Year
[Sejong=Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] The National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (NACF) announced on the 10th that it will publicly recruit over 1,300 new employees, including affiliates, for agricultural and livestock cooperatives in the first half of this year.
Since last month, the NACF, along with its affiliates such as NongHyup Economic Holdings, NongHyup Hanaro Distribution, NH NongHyup Bank, and NH NongHyup Insurance, has been conducting recruitment for about 400 positions and plans to hire an additional 900 employees.
An NACF official stated, "We expect this to contribute to expanding job opportunities for youth amid the hiring freeze caused by COVID-19."
The recruitment for agricultural and livestock cooperatives will proceed in the order of application submission in May, document screening, written examination, and interviews. The hiring process is blind, with no restrictions based on age, education, or gender.
The NACF official added, "This recruitment aims to attract talented individuals who will lead the major distribution transformation and digital innovation of NACF and guide the 100-year NACF. The hiring procedures will be conducted in compliance with COVID-19 prevention guidelines."
