Yunho Yunho Investigated by Police After Staying at Restaurant Past 10 PM
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Yunho of TVXQ (real name Jung Yun-ho) is under police investigation for staying past 10 PM, the restricted business hours for restaurants, at a restaurant in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
According to the police on the 9th, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency has booked Yunho on charges of violating the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Act and is investigating the case.
Yunho is suspected of remaining at a restaurant in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, past 10 PM until around midnight at the end of last month. The operating hours for restaurants, cafes, and karaoke rooms in the Seoul metropolitan area were extended by one hour to 10 PM starting from the 15th of last month.

Meanwhile, Yunho's agency SM Entertainment stated in a press release that "Yunho was meeting with three acquaintances at a restaurant in Gangnam recently and was investigated for exceeding the restricted business hours," adding, "He deeply regrets and reflects on disappointing many people due to a momentary lapse in judgment."
