Ministry of Economy and Finance Publishes 'Government Bonds 2020' White Paper in Korean and English Versions
[Sejong=Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyunjung] The Ministry of Economy and Finance announced on the 5th that it has published the Treasury Bond White Paper, Treasury Bond 2020, which compiles the systems and policies related to government bonds in 2020. Treasury Bond 2020 includes trends in the government bond market and major policies during the unprecedented COVID-19 crisis response, and an English version (Korea Treasury Bond 2020) was also published to enhance the interest and understanding of foreign investors.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance Hong Nam-ki stated in the foreword, "During the process of overcoming COVID-19, the government bond market served as a strong pillar for national finances and financial markets," and added, "The overcoming of the crisis faced by our government bond market, as well as the ability to use the crisis as an opportunity for a new leap forward, was the result of continuous efforts made in unison by market participants and policy authorities."

It can also be downloaded in electronic document form through the Ministry of Economy and Finance's online homepage or the Ministry's government bond market website.
