KDI and Junggyeon Company Federation Sign MOU to Strengthen Mid-sized Companies' Capabilities
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] The Korea Development Institute (KDI) announced on the 4th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Federation of Medium-sized Enterprises to strengthen the competitiveness of medium-sized enterprises.
Ko Youngseon, Director of the KDI Global Knowledge Cooperation Center, and Ban Wonik, Executive Vice President of the Korea Federation of Medium-sized Enterprises, signed the MOU yesterday at the Global Knowledge Cooperation Complex in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.
The two organizations plan to design and operate capacity-building programs for executives and employees of medium-sized enterprises and the federation, and support the overseas market entry and international cooperation of medium-sized enterprises.
Executive Vice President Ban Wonik said, "We will actively cooperate with KDI to find a new vision for economic development in the post-COVID era and discover various programs to strengthen the global capabilities of medium-sized enterprises, which are the backbone of our economy and key players in the 4th Industrial Revolution."
