Gwanak-gu Supports Up to 10 Million Won for Installation Costs of Odor Prevention Facilities in Restaurants and Laundries
Installation costs for odor control facilities up to 70% for small businesses near residential areas such as direct-grill restaurants, printing shops, and laundries... Support up to 10 million won
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Junhee) is promoting the "Living Odor Prevention Facility Installation Cost Support Project" to resolve citizen inconveniences and create a pleasant living environment.
This project supports the installation of odor prevention facilities within workplaces to reduce living odors generated from small-scale businesses. If selected as a support target, up to 70% of the installation cost, with a maximum of 10 million KRW, will be provided.
The primary support targets are small-scale businesses prone to causing living odor complaints, such as direct-fire grilled restaurants, printing shops, and laundries near residential areas. However, businesses subject to odor emission facility installation under the Odor Prevention Act, businesses required to install air pollution prevention facilities under the Air Environment Conservation Act, and businesses that have received support for living odor prevention facility installation costs within the past five years are excluded.
Businesses wishing to apply can download the application form posted in the Gwanak News section on the Gwanak-gu Office website, fill it out, prepare the required documents, and apply in person by the 19th.
For more detailed information regarding the application, please contact the Green Environment Division.
