The company explained, "Although we disclosed a decrease in operating profit due to intensified competition within the industry for our consolidated subsidiary Ecoplastic, increased non-operating factors caused by COVID-19, and fixed cost burdens, excluding net profit, there was an increase compared to the previous year due to profit improvement effects."
