Minister of Oceans and Fisheries Hosts Marine Think Tank Policy Relay
[Sejong=Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Haeyoung] The Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries announced on the 1st that Minister Moon Seong-hyeok will preside over the Marine Think Tank Policy Relay via video at the Government Sejong Complex on the afternoon of the 2nd.
The Marine Think Tank Policy Relay is a program that holds meetings with universities and research institutions related to oceans and fisheries nationwide to discover policy tasks based on field demands. Starting with the first meeting with university faculties in the marine science field nationwide, there will be a total of four meetings by May with universities in the fisheries sector, port logistics universities, and marine and fisheries research institutions. Twelve participants, including Professor Jeong Hae-jin from Seoul National University and Professor Kim Ki-beom from Gyeongsang National University, will attend the meetings.
