Lee Ho-cheol, Doosan President, Elected as 28th Chairman of China-Korea Chamber of Commerce
Support for Korean Companies Including Expansion of Non-Face-to-Face Assistance Methods
[Asia Economy Beijing=Special Correspondent Jo Young-shin] Lee Ho-cheol, President of Doosan (China), has been appointed as the new chairman of the Chinese Korean Chamber of Commerce.
The Chinese Korean Chamber of Commerce elected President Lee as the 28th chairman at its regular general meeting held in Beijing, China, on the afternoon of the 26th. President Lee was previously elected as the 27th chairman at the general meeting in June last year and has been reappointed this time.
Chairman Lee has served as Executive Director of Doosan's Strategic Planning Headquarters and has been the President of Doosan (China) since 2015.
In his inaugural speech, Chairman Lee said, "This year, we will expand non-face-to-face support methods for major projects such as the Corporate Practical Academy and publish a business environment report for the first time to assist the management activities of our companies."

The Chinese Korean Chamber of Commerce, established in December 1993 as a Korean legal entity, currently has over 3,500 member companies registered across 41 regions. It supports business management information provision, member exchange activities, and promotes economic cooperation such as trade and investment.
