Key Hygiene Management Checks to Prevent Food Poisoning During Spring New Semester
Changwon City will conduct food poisoning prevention inspections at 542 school and kindergarten cafeteria-related facilities from March 2 to 15.

This inspection will be conducted jointly by food safety-related public officials and consumer food hygiene inspectors from March 2 to 15, targeting a total of 542 school and kindergarten cafeterias and related facilities.
The main inspection items include hygiene management at each stage such as food ingredient supply, storage, cooking, and serving; cleaning and disinfection management of meal facilities, utensils, and food ingredients; compliance with hygienic handling standards for food; and adherence to collective meal service operator regulations.
Additionally, food samples will be collected and tested, and personal hygiene management of cooking staff as well as food poisoning prevention guidelines will be promoted.
