GC Green Cross MS, a company specializing in diagnostic reagents and medical devices, announced on the 25th that it has recently signed an export contract with the Romanian medical device distributor 'MCM EVA SRL' for its rapid antigen test kit, 'Genedia W COVID-19 Ag.'
The confirmed volume under this contract amounts to 6.1 billion KRW, with shipments scheduled for early March. GC Green Cross MS plans to actively collaborate with MCM EVA SRL to respond to both private and public projects in Romania, aiming to expand the total supply volume to over 50 billion KRW by September.
Genedia W COVID-19 Ag is a rapid antigen test kit launched by GC Green Cross MS in November 2020. By utilizing the antigen-antibody binding reaction, it can diagnose COVID-19 infection on-site within 10 minutes. It allows for visual confirmation of infection in early-stage COVID-19 patients without the need for separate diagnostic equipment.
