On the 24th, the union held a protest rally in front of the director's office door, piling chairs and desks in the morning.
Earlier, the union announced its position condemning the Future Industry Bureau Director for repeatedly abusing power and verbally abusing employees, and had announced the closure of the director's office entrance the day before.
During the protest rally, union members shouted slogans such as "Investigate the director's abuse of power" and "Condemn the executive branch that turned a blind eye to abuse," continuing their demonstration.
The Future Industry Bureau Director, who is at the center of the abuse controversy, did not come to the office due to an external business trip schedule that day.
Employees claim that during the reporting process to the director, there were acts such as insulting remarks, shouting, and throwing documents.
In relation to this, it is reported that the Director of Planning and Coordination and the Director of Autonomous Administration met with the union to discuss countermeasures.
The union's position is that the Future Industry Bureau Director should directly apologize to the employees and that the executive branch should investigate whether the director's abusive behavior occurred.
A union official said, "Many employees have reported psychological distress due to the director's abuse of power," and added, "To exclude the person responsible for the abuse from work, we first took the measure of closing the office."
