Zigzag, Commission Waiver for Small-Scale Sellers
Fee Waivers and Reductions for Small Sellers for 6 Months... Aiming to Create a Healthy Ecosystem
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Fashion tech company Croquis.com (CEO Seo Jeong-hoon) announced on the 24th that it will run a "Good Fee Promotion" offering a waiver and reduction of payment fees for six months to support small-scale sellers struggling due to COVID-19 on the women's shopping app 'Zigzag.'
Sellers who joined before February last year and whose monthly sales generated through Zigzag's integrated payment system, 'Z (Jet) Payment,' have been 500,000 KRW or less in the past year, with cumulative sales of 6 million KRW or less, will receive a full waiver of fees. Some sellers will receive reduced fees, supporting the lowest sales commission rates in the fashion platform industry. Sellers meeting certain conditions, such as being in the bottom approximately 40% in sales over the last three months, are eligible for the fee reduction. These sellers can benefit from a 2.9% commission rate on sales generated during the promotion period.
The promotional fees apply to sales made through Zigzag Z Payment from April to September this year. Eligible sellers can check their settlement amounts in the settlement management menu of the Zigzag seller platform, 'Partner Center,' and apply by the 19th of the following month. Zigzag will review the submitted documents and notify applicants individually about the support details.
