Hwasun-gun Recruiting Companies to Participate in 'Youth Continuous Employment Incentive' Program
[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do, is recruiting companies to participate in the '2021 Jeonnam Youth Continuous Employment Incentive Support Project' until the 9th of next month.
According to Hwasun-gun on the 23rd, the Youth Continuous Employment Incentive Support Project is designed to encourage long-term employment of youth working in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and to reduce the wage gap with large corporations. It provides support of up to 20 million KRW per person over four years (15 million KRW for youth, 5 million KRW for companies) to youth employed as regular workers in SMEs.
The eligible applicants are youths aged 39 or younger who have been working for 1 to 4 years (hired between 2018 and 2021) at companies located in the county with 5 to fewer than 300 employees covered by employment insurance.
Applications can be submitted in person, by mail, or via email.
This year, the county has allocated a budget of 60 million KRW (24 million KRW from the provincial government, 36 million KRW from the county government) and plans to select and support a total of 12 people: 2 in their first year, 3 in their second year, 3 in their third year, and 4 in their fourth year.
