View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Sharon] The Gyeongsangnam-do Office of Education held an expert council meeting on school infectious disease measures to respond to COVID-19 for the new semester on the afternoon of the 18th in the main office's medium conference room.
The meeting was organized to introduce the COVID-19 quarantine response system of the Gyeongnam Office of Education and to gather experts' opinions for improvement.
Attendees included Superintendent Park Jong-hoon, officials from Gyeongnam Provincial Government, the Medical Association, the Nursing Association, the Pharmaceutical Association, provincial assembly members, school administrators, and infectious disease management team personnel.
The council discussed ▲ future support plans for COVID-19 quarantine in the 2021 academic year ▲ simulation training for infectious disease crisis response including COVID-19 ▲ and preparatory measures to create healthy schools in the post-COVID era.
