'Mobile Sinmungo' is a service conducted as part of ombudsman activities, where investigators from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission and experts from related organizations visit local residents to consult on grievances and complaints, and visit sites related to civil complaints and public livelihood to seek resolution measures.
It provides extensive consultations in all administrative fields, civil/criminal/family register/inheritance-related daily legal matters, poverty issues outside the institutional support system, disputes related to land, consumer damage disputes, labor-related issues, and more.
Residents wishing to receive consultation can apply for a consultation reservation by visiting the relevant civil complaint department or the nearest eup/myeon office or by phone by March 19th.
Also, even if no reservation is made, any resident can fill out an application form on-site on the day of operation and receive consultation.
