Naver Cloud Selected as Supplier for 'K-Non-face-to-face Voucher' Program
[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] Naver Cloud announced on the 18th that its cloud-based integrated communication service "WORKPLACE" has been selected as a supplier in the remote work category of the "K-Non-face-to-face Service Voucher" project, organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Demand companies can search for and select WORKPLACE on the "K-Non-face-to-face Voucher Platform," and upon purchase, they can use WORKPLACE alone or both WORKPLACE and Naver Works within a 2 million KRW limit for two years.
WORKPLACE is a Software as a Service (SaaS) that integrates various company work forms such as workflow (electronic approval), HR, attendance, accounting, and expenses, customized to fit each company's environment.
Based on employee information from the organizational chart, it enables effective HR management such as organizational restructuring and appointments, and allows flexible configuration of approval lines by conditions such as rank, position, and department, reducing unnecessary tasks.
Even for the most resource-intensive accounting and expense tasks, it simplifies settlement by linking corporate cards, and provides an intuitive dashboard to grasp and manage cash flow at a glance.
Integration with Naver Works allows the use of collaboration features such as email, messenger, video conferencing, calendar, and drive to build an optimal work environment. All functions are equally available on mobile, facilitating smoother communication among team members and faster decision-making. It supports unified login with existing accounts without complicated separate integration or login, and settings within the console are simple, making it suitable for startups and SMEs to adopt.
