View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] Mokpo National Maritime University (President Park Seong-hyun) and Dream Naru Co., Ltd. signed a business agreement to strengthen employment and entrepreneurship capabilities on the 17th at 2:30 PM in the second-floor conference room of the university headquarters.
This agreement was made for the mutual development of both institutions through mutual cooperation and joint use of educational information and human and material resources.
Accordingly, Dream Naru Co., Ltd. will support employment in companies related to majors for graduates and prospective graduates of Mokpo National Maritime University specializing in shipbuilding and shipping, and will play a role in promoting the co-growth of the university and local companies.
In particular, it plans to support employment activation by hosting job fairs through the Ministry of Employment and Labor's public employment service program, as well as employment packages and employment and entrepreneurship camp programs.
Choi Seong, CEO of Dream Naru Co., Ltd., said, "Taking this agreement as an opportunity, we will spare no effort to support the nurturing of talent through mutual cooperation to strengthen employment and entrepreneurship capabilities," adding, "We will strive to cultivate specialized personnel in shipbuilding and shipping, support employment in companies related to majors, and promote the co-growth of the university and local companies."
President Park Seong-hyun said, "The demographic cliff of school-age population has officially begun this year," and added, "To overcome this crisis, the university must become a place where employment and entrepreneurship thrive."
