Paris Baguette Ready Meal Brand 'First Class Kitchen' Launches 'Asian Cuisine'
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] SPC Group's Paris Croissant announced on the 17th that Paris Baguette will launch a new line called ‘Asian Cuisine’ under its own premium home meal replacement (HMR) brand ‘First Class Kitchen’.
Paris Baguette launched the ‘First Class Kitchen’ brand last October with the slogan ‘A simple meal made by a chef,’ introducing 13 Western-style products such as ‘Hamburg Steak Rice,’ ‘Chicken & Shrimp Rose Pasta,’ and ‘Mushroom Soup & Bread Bowl Kit.’ The brand has received a positive response, with daily sales increasing nearly fivefold within three months of its launch.
Accordingly, Paris Baguette plans to expand its HMR business by dividing ‘First Class Kitchen’ into a Western-style line called ‘Western Meal’ and an Asian-style food line called ‘Asian Cuisine,’ allowing customers to easily experience diverse global food cultures.
In particular, leveraging the product operation know-how and experience of SPC Group’s dining brands, including the Italian casual restaurant brand ‘La Griglia’ and the Asian noodle & rice brand ‘Street,’ Paris Baguette plans to introduce a wider variety of HMR products.
The newly launched ‘Asian Cuisine’ products feature the expertise of professional chef researchers, maintaining the taste and flavor of the dishes while minimizing the cooking process to preserve the convenience of ready meals. Key products include ▲ Spicy Sweet Boneless Chicken ▲ Authentic Ganpunggi ▲ Authentic Jjajangmyeon.

A Paris Baguette official said, “As the ready meal market continues to grow steadily, we will strengthen our meal product lineup by utilizing the company’s dining business experience and research and development (R&D) strengths. We plan to actively nurture the ‘First Class Kitchen’ brand by continuously introducing various Asian food products from countries such as Thailand and India, as well as Western dishes.”
