Busan City Catches 3 Self-Quarantine Individuals Who Went Out During Lunar New Year Holiday
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] In Busan, three individuals under self-quarantine who violated quarantine guidelines and went out during the Lunar New Year holiday were caught by health authorities.
On the 14th, Busan City announced that it plans to file charges against a man in his 20s (from Sasang-gu) who went out for personal reasons on the 11th while under self-quarantine after contact with a COVID-19 confirmed case, for violating the Infectious Disease Control and Prevention Act.
Additionally, two teenage males who entered the country from overseas and went out on the 13th during self-quarantine, were caught during an unannounced inspection by health authorities and were given a corrective disposition, the city added.
