362 New COVID-19 Cases... Back to 300s After Four Days (Update)
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] The number of new daily COVID-19 cases was recorded at 362 as of midnight on the 13th.
The Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency's Central Disease Control Headquarters announced that as of midnight, 345 domestic cases and 17 imported cases were confirmed, totaling 362 new cases. The total cumulative number of confirmed cases stands at 83,199 (including 6,676 imported cases).
The number of suspected case tests was 21,968, and the number of tests conducted at temporary screening clinics in the metropolitan area was 14,695 (with 58 confirmed cases), making the total number of tests 36,663.
The number of critically ill patients is 157, and there were 7 deaths, bringing the total cumulative deaths to 1,514 (fatality rate 1.82%).
The number of newly released from isolation was 291, bringing the total released to 73,227 (88.01%), with 8,458 currently in isolation.

The number of new confirmed cases, which had recently dropped to the high 200s, surged to the 500s, then fell to the 400s, and has now come down to the 300s again. Over the past week (February 7?13), the daily new confirmed cases were 371, 288, 303, 444, 504, 403, and 362, respectively.
