The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that from midnight to 6 p.m. on the 11th, 125 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Seoul (123 domestic infections and 2 imported cases).
Among the cluster infections, 8 cases were linked to a gathering of acquaintances in Yongsan-gu, and 7 cases were related to a sauna in Gangdong-gu. The number of cases increased by 2 each at the Seoul Station homeless support facility and a call center 4 in Jung-gu. There was also an increase of 1 case each related to Hanyang University Hospital in Seongdong-gu and a restaurant (pub) in Gwangjin-gu.
Additionally, there were 6 cases from other cluster infections, 55 cases from contact with other confirmed patients, 3 cases from contact with confirmed patients from other cities or provinces, and 38 cases with infection routes under investigation.
As of 6 p.m. that day, the cumulative number of confirmed cases in Seoul reached 25,852.

Meanwhile, the 125 confirmed cases on that day were fewer than the 152 cases reported at the same time the previous day but more than the 113 cases reported last Thursday (the 4th). The total number of confirmed cases for the entire day was 183 on the 10th and 126 on the 4th.
