Namwon-si Provides 100,000 Won 'Dundeun Allowance' to Social Welfare Facility Workers
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Nosik] Namwon City, Jeonbuk (Mayor Ihwanju) announced on the 10th that it paid a 'Dundeun Allowance' of 100,000 won each to 561 workers at 59 social welfare facilities in the city to improve the treatment of workers at social welfare facilities.
The recipients of the 'Dundeun Allowance' are workers who work more than 40 hours a week at social welfare facilities in the city, have been employed for more than 6 months, and have resided in Namwon City for more than 6 months.
This is to reduce the turnover rate of workers, encourage settlement in Namwon City, and thereby stabilize facility operations and improve the quality of welfare services.
