Map-Based Public Parking Lot Search, Reservation, and Navigation Service on Gongyunu-ri
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] The Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced on the 10th that information on public parking lots nationwide, which will be open free of charge during the Lunar New Year holiday, will be provided through Gongyoonuri and the Public Data Portal.
During this Lunar New Year holiday, a total of 13,372 public parking lots nationwide will be open free of charge through Gongyoonuri and the Public Data Portal.
Citizens who wish to use free parking lots during the Lunar New Year holiday can access Gongyoonuri via PC or mobile devices, select their region, and receive not only location guidance for free parking lots on the shared map but also route guidance to the parking lot. Gongyoonuri has posted a banner titled ‘Lunar New Year Holiday Free Parking Lot Guide’ on its main screen to enhance accessibility for citizens using free parking lots.
In addition, to enable citizens to utilize information on free public parking lots in various ways, the data will also be provided in file format through the ‘Public Data Portal.’
The Ministry of the Interior and Safety has revamped Gongyoonuri to enhance user convenience functions, and since the 5th, it has been providing a mobile app, location-based public resource information, and customized services.
