Netherlands Extends Lockdown Measures Until Next Month 3rd

On the 8th (local time), the Dutch government announced that it decided to extend the lockdown measures, citing a rapid increase in confirmed cases due to a new variant of the virus.
The Dutch government has been enforcing lockdown measures since December 15 last year, prohibiting the operation of all stores except for food and essential goods stores.
Since the 23rd of last month, the government has strengthened its response by imposing a curfew. Currently, movement is restricted from 9 PM to 4:30 AM the next day, and violators are fined 95 euros.
