Yangsan-si Expands 3 'Children's Parks' in Ungsang Branch Office Area ... By Year-End

View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Yangsan City, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 8th that it will create three children's parks within the Wungsang Branch Office area by the end of the year.
Currently, there are a total of 42 parks of various sizes in the Wungsang area, but Yangsan City explained that it plans to expand residents' resting spaces in response to the population growth trend.
The Pyeongsan 8 Children's Park, scheduled to begin construction in March, will be built on a 1,644㎡ site at 143-2 Pyeongsan-dong. With a total budget of 700 million KRW, the park will feature rest facilities and various amenities such as stepping stones, designed for use by all age groups to create a distinctive park.
Additionally, at 542 Yongdang-dong, with a total budget of 400 million KRW, the Yongdang 1 Children's Park, which will include a multipurpose field and plaza, and the Pyeongsang 10 Children's Park, currently undergoing land compensation, are both planned to be completed within the year.
