The morning low temperatures are forecast to be between -4 and 5 degrees, and the daytime highs between 8 and 16 degrees Celsius.
From dawn to morning, there will be scattered raindrops in the eastern Gyeonggi area and Yeongseo region of Gangwon, with some snow flurries in the mountainous areas of Gangwon.
At night, light rain is expected in Gangwon Yeongseo, northern Chungbuk, northern Chungcheong, and southern Gyeonggi. The expected precipitation amount is around 1 mm.
Fine dust levels will be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area and Chungnam, and 'normal' in other regions.
The Korea Meteorological Administration explained, "Due to stagnant air in most of the central-western regions and parts of Yeongnam, domestically generated fine dust will accumulate, and in the afternoon, foreign fine dust will add to it, causing high concentrations."
Strong winds and high waves are expected in the East Sea offshore waters, so ships navigating or fishing should be cautious.
Wave heights will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore.
Offshore wave heights are expected to be 1 to 3 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
On Sunday the 7th, the whole country will be mostly cloudy with daytime temperatures rising to around 10 degrees Celsius, remaining mild.
Morning lows are forecast between -3 and 5 degrees, and daytime highs between 5 and 14 degrees Celsius.
Daytime high temperatures by region are expected to be Seoul 6°C, Incheon 5°C, Gangneung 9°C, Daejeon 10°C, Gwangju 12°C, Daegu 12°C, and Busan 14°C.
Fine dust levels will be 'bad' in Sejong, Chungbuk, Chungnam, Honam region, and Jeju, and 'normal' in other areas.
The Seoul metropolitan area and Chungcheong region will experience temporarily 'very bad' levels in the morning, and the Honam region in the afternoon.
Ulleungdo and Dokdo will see scattered raindrops less than 5 mm.
