The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -4 and 5 degrees, and the daytime highs between 8 and 16 degrees Celsius.
From dawn to morning, there will be scattered raindrops in the eastern Gyeonggi and Yeongseo regions of Gangwon, and snow flurries in the mountainous areas of Gangwon. At night, light rain is expected in Yeongseo Gangwon, northern Chungbuk, northern Chungcheong, and southern Gyeonggi. The expected precipitation amount is around 1 mm.
Fine dust levels will be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area and Chungnam, while other regions will see 'moderate' levels. The Korea Meteorological Administration explained, "Due to stagnant air in most of the central-western regions and parts of Yeongnam, domestic fine dust will accumulate, and in the afternoon, foreign fine dust will add to this, resulting in high concentrations."
