Seoul Gwanak Police Station announced on the 5th that they have booked and are investigating Mr. A (22, male) on charges of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes.
According to the police, Mr. A is suspected of visiting a PC room in Gwanak-gu, Seoul several times last month and secretly filming the legs of the female owner wearing a miniskirt with his mobile phone on three separate occasions.
